Post-jam update

There's been a new update with:

• New notemap generation
• Fail-off setting
• Judgment text for accuracy
• New receptor type (arrows), switchable in the side-menu in the song selection screen.
• Tweakable sliders for difficulty, though they can have hard to predict effects in either direction.
